Rather than having my email attacked by all your brilliant ideas, how about we post them right here? (Though, honestly, I'd appreciate a quick email as well. A line or two is fine, just to remind myself.)

Judging from the agenda, it seems this year's ICC is going to focus on raising awareness for/of AmeriCorps and a little bit on MLK day. I think there were some other ideas presented that seemed equally important. I think it's important to remember that we have a limited amount to time to plan and execute these tasks, so I really think (and I believe someone said this at our 1st meeting) either we do alot of small things or one or 2 big things.
I really liked the idea of doing a conference toward the end of the year. Can we discuss the feasiblity of this? And if we decide we want to plan a conference, we should probably decide on committees for that as well since planning a conference for 900 people is surely no small task. (I suppose this will depend on the potential for funding).
